Popular veteran FC driver Dale Creasy Jr. kept this IHRA winning ways in tact last weekend winning the second Outlaw Nitro Series event of 2026 – hosted by Darana Virginia Motorsports Park.

Creasy, who had also won the season opener in North Carolina in late March, topped 9 other entries at VMP when he edged out his primary class rival Del Worsham in the final round. Creasy took the 1/8th mile event win light by a 3.194 secs 278.40 mph to 3.260 secs 277.32 mph margin. Creasy’s ET in the final round was low ET of the event.

Prior to that finale, Dale had taken his Tek Pak-presented Dodge Charger to round wins over Joseph Haas and Jacob McNeal.

Del Worsham was the number 1 qualifier for the race – going 3.228 secs. He was also credited with top speed of the event at 281.01 mph.
