Graphics on the side of the Mooneyes Funny Car body are derived from the famous Mooneyes dragster of the 60\u2019s. The design features the Dragmaster Chassis with a small block Chevy engine, Moon\/Potvin front mounted Super Charger, and Hilborn Injection.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nitrofccanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2016-Mooneyes-Replica-Image-on-Jim-Dunn-Funny-Car-e1478562353618.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2340\" src=\"https:\/\/nitrofccanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2016-Mooneyes-Replica-Image-on-Jim-Dunn-Funny-Car-e1478562353618.jpg\" alt=\"2016-mooneyes-replica-image-on-jim-dunn-funny-car\" width=\"500\" height=\"389\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe Mooneyes dragster originally raced at NHRA U.S. nationals in Indianapolis in 1961, and won the A\/Dragster class on a 9.52 elapsed time at 153.06 MPH during the 1962 Winternationals in Pomona. The Mooneyes dragster was piloted by famed drivers such as Dante Duece and Gary Cagle.
