With a unique combination of gaming and entertainment and many things to offer their guests, we want everybody to know about this great destination.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bordertown Casino and Arena officially opened its doors last week, on Thursday, April 2nd. This property is being described as a \u2018whole new concept of gaming\u2019 that includes a 10,000 square foot saloon\/event center, a restaurant, approximately 600 gaming machines and an arena where fans can come and watch young bulls earn their way into the Professional Bull Riders circuit.<\/p>\n<p>General Manager for Bordertown Casino and Arena, Rick Smith, believes Bordertown will attract a wide variety group of people with everything it has to offer. &#8220;We hope the facility will draw in a different demographic of people that normally might not visit a traditional casino or property,&#8221; Smith said. &#8220;We want Bordertown to bring people in from everywhere. This facility will be a destination spot with the saloon, dance hall, large stage with sound\/light system, arena, mechanical bull and unique food &amp; drinks that will rival casino properties in larger cities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jim Dunn Racing and their driver John Hale go into this race #6 in points and leading the pack of NHRA rookies for 2015. Hale will also be a part of the annual NHRA Fanfest on Thursday, April 9th on the Brooklyn Bridge of the New York, New York Casino. Fans will be able to meet Hale and get his autograph from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Nitro racing action begins at the Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Friday at 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. Qualifying from the 2015 SummitRacing.com Nationals will be televised live on ESPN2 Saturday, April 11th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
